Permanant Jewelry Experience

Please clean your permanent jewelry regularly to maintain the shine.  You can do so by using a soft bristle toothbrush and mild dish soap.  This helps clean any dirt or body oils that can get trapped between the chain links.  For Sterling Silver chain you can use a Sterling Silver polishing cloth.  Avoid direct contact with lotions and harsh chemicals. 

We choose delicate chains for minimal appearance and ease for everyday wear.  Though they are considered permanent because they have no clasp, like any piece of jewelry, if the chain gets caught or pulled it can break.  If your chain does break we can replace it at a discount if your damaged chain is returned.  If the welded part of the jump ring ever comes apart we will re-weld it at no cost.  We are not responsible for lost jewelry and charms.  If you have a piece of permanent jewelry from another business that needs to be re-welded we can do so for a $15 fee.

If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason simply cut it off with sharp scissors.  To remove, cut the ring that holds the chain together.  If you would like to have the jewelry re-welded at a future time, make sure to save all pieces and book an appointment to have your jewelry re-welded ($15 re-weld fee would apply).

Permanent jewelry is a completely painless experience.  Protective eyewear is provided and a protective leather pad is used as a barrier between your skin and the piece of jewelry that is being welded as extra safety precautions.  

Every effort is made to ensure the perfect fit of your permanent jewelry before the welding process.  If you should change your mind on the fit afterwards, you can book an appointment for a re-weld ($15 fee will apply)

Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes per person. We kindly ask you arrive on time to give us enough time to sanitize, select chain, custom fit your jewelry, and ensure a secure weld. 

We can weld up to 2 pieces on the same person under one appointment time slot.  If you would like to get more than 2 pieces, you will need to book 2 appointments for yourself.

We currently offer chains, charms, and connectors in Gold-fill and sterling silver.  All jump rings used with gold-fill chain are solid 14k gold in order to prevent any exposure of base metal at the welding site. 

Yes! Delicate jewelry rarely sets off standard metal detectors and TSA does not require you to remove fine jewelry when going through security.

Certain medical procedures with X-ray scans may require you to remove your permanent jewelry.  If this happens, just cut the piece off at the jump ring that connects the chain, save all the pieces, and we can re-weld it for a $15.
